Currently managing regulatory submission projects for a large European pharmaceutical company — covering planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and reporting for all pre/post-submission activities.

Leading process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and BPI methodologies for Labelling, Environmental Risk Assessment (ERA), and Investigator Brochures (IB).

Operating model design and process re-engineering using VSM/BPI techniques; creating process maps, workflows, and RACIs across regulatory and commercial functions.
